Cancellation Policy

Can I cancel the Order?

The customer can only cancel the order within 24 hours of placing the order. No cancellations will be processed after 24 hours. Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 4 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund as per refund policy. You will be notified for the same.

How do I get defective Item replaced ?

We are sorry that the item received was defective in nature. Don’t worry! We will send you a replacement ASAP without any extra cost.

You need to notify us at info@kotasareekendra.com of any damage (defect) within 48 hours of receipt of the product with the photograph of damaged goods.  We will ask you to courier the damaged item and back and we will reship the brand new replacement ASAP. We will cover the return courier charges for the same.

REFUNDS POLICY:

Please note, for returns made due reasons other than KotaSareeKendra mistake i.e – wrong product, faulty or damaged merchandise, a CREDIT NOTE will be issued. This credit note can be used in future to make a purchase on our website. We are unable to make a cash/credit/bank refund for such cases.

In the event of a mistake from our end, KotaSareeKendra will make a 100% refund of the price paid for the merchandise.

1. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. Your Debit / Credit card / Net Banking / PayPal account will be credited upon processing of the returned merchandise, and the credit should appear on your next statement.

2. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing.
Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.

Refunds of Out of Stock Items

kotasareekendra.com will refund full payment if the customer has paid for products that are listed on the website but which are out of stock. In these cases, the Customer Service Team will send an e-mail to the customer, and on obtaining his consent initiate the refund process.
