Can I cancel the Order?
The customer can only cancel the order within 24 hours of placing the order. No cancellations will be processed after 24 hours. Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 4 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund as per refund policy. You will be notified for the same.
How do I get defective Item replaced ?
We are sorry that the item received was defective in nature. Don’t worry! We will send you a replacement ASAP without any extra cost.
You need to notify us at info@kotasareekendra.com of any damage (defect) within 48 hours of receipt of the product with the photograph of damaged goods. We will ask you to courier the damaged item and back and we will reship the brand new replacement ASAP. We will cover the return courier charges for the same.
